baseline--default\">Enfin, La loi ALUR-Duflot de 2014 a pr\u00e9vu que les meubles mis \u00e0 disposition du locataire doivent \u00eatre sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9s dans le contrat et un d\u00e9cret d\u2019application imminent va imposer un formulaire type pour le contrat de bail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"row baseline--default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par cons\u00e9quent, en l\u2019absence d\u2019\u00e9crit lorsqu\u2019il est obligatoire, la jurisprudence va consid\u00e9rer que le locataire s\u2019acquittant d\u2019un loyer pourra l\u2019occuper jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce d\u2019\u00e9crit, et vous ne pourrez reprendre ce logement qu\u2019en invoquant les raisons de reprise de la loi de 1989 (reprise pour habiter, reprise pour vendre, reprise pour motif l\u00e9gitime class=\"row baseline--default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par cons\u00e9quent, le choix va donc essentiellement d\u00e9pendre de la dur\u00e9e pour laquelle vous \u00eates pr\u00eat \u00e0 vous engager, et de votre volont\u00e9 \u00e0 chercher un nouveau locataire \u00e0 \u00e9ch\u00e9ance r\u00e9guli\u00e8re ou non.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, la location non-meubl\u00e9e conf\u00e8re au propri\u00e9taire une stabilit\u00e9 de revenus, pendant au moins 3 ans, alors que la location meubl\u00e9e lui permet une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9 en cas de locataire d\u00e9sobligeant.<\/p>\n<p>Quant \u00e0 la location saisonni\u00e8re, l\u2019obtention de l\u2019autorisation municipale est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l\u2019\u00e9tape la plus ardue du processus.
