Une salari\u00e9e est notamment autoris\u00e9e \u00e0 reporter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3 semaines de son cong\u00e9 pr\u00e9natal pour ajouter la dur\u00e9e correspondante \u00e0 son cong\u00e9 postnatal.<br \/>\nA partir du 3<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> enfant, ou en cas de naissances multiples, la salari\u00e9e peut aussi demander \u00e0 avancer son cong\u00e9 pr\u00e9natal de 2 semaines, mais il faudra r\u00e9duire la dur\u00e9e de son cong\u00e9 postnatal d\u2019une dur\u00e9e \u00e9quivalente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019employeur ne peut pas approuver ou d\u00e9sapprouver la demande d\u2019une salari\u00e9e quant \u00e0 son cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9 (notamment quant au report de 3 semaines).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La mort de l\u2019enfant, l\u2019accouchement pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 ou tardif n\u2019ont aucune incidence sur la dur\u00e9e du cong\u00e9 postnatal, dont la dur\u00e9e pr\u00e9vue compte tenu de la dur\u00e9e du cong\u00e9 pr\u00e9natal ne pourra \u00eatre ni r\u00e9duite, ni augment\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le versement d\u2019indemnit\u00e9s est uniquement obligatoire pour la caisse d\u2019assurance maladie. Seule la convention collective peut pr\u00e9voir que des indemnit\u00e9s journali\u00e8res seront vers\u00e9es \u00e0 la salari\u00e9e enceinte ou jeune m\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"Le_conge_paternite_ou_daccueil_de_lenfant\">Le cong\u00e9 paternit\u00e9 ou d\u2019accueil de l\u2019enfant<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"row baseline--default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce cong\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie au salari\u00e9 p\u00e8re de l\u2019enfant, ou \u00e0 la personne vivant avec la m\u00e8re de l\u2019enfant, quelle que soit son anciennet\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce cong\u00e9 dure 11 jours calendaires cons\u00e9cutifs pour accueillir un enfant (18 en cas de naissances multiples), et peut d\u00e9buter \u00e0 tout moment dans les 4 mois qui suivent la naissance du ou des enfants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le contrat de travail est suspendu pendant ce cong\u00e9, et le ou la salari\u00e9(e) a droit aux indemnit\u00e9s journali\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"Le_conge_parental\">Le cong\u00e9 parental<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"row baseline--default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tout salari\u00e9 justifiant d\u2019une anciennet\u00e9 d\u2019un an dans une entreprise peut b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un cong\u00e9 parental \u00e0 la naissance d\u2019un enfant, ou en cas d\u2019adoption d\u2019enfants.
