Comme la communication d\u2019informations sensibles \u00e0 un concurrent direct, ou le fait de rendre public des \u00e9l\u00e9ments strat\u00e9giques.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, l\u2019obligation de discr\u00e9tion est applicable pendant la dur\u00e9e du contrat. Mais les tribunaux h\u00e9sitent \u00e0 sanctionner un salari\u00e9 qui aurait r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 des informations sur son ancien employeur.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Lobligation_de_confidentialite\">L\u2019obligation de confidentialit\u00e9<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Plus pr\u00e9cise qu\u2019une clause de discr\u00e9tion, la clause de confidentialit\u00e9 permet d\u2019une part de viser les informations confidentielles.
